Life Is A DLP Projection TV

There are many things can be used as an analogy of life. Some people think that life is a roller coaster. It goes up, and when it has reached the highest position, life slopes down with no mercy. Some people think that life is a set of a role play, with God as the director. For these people, every person has his/her own role and is obliged to play it best. When someone does not do his/her job to play his/her role, it’s not he/she himself/herself who loses, but everybody does, because each role connected to other roles in many different kinds of relations a life can have.
For me, life is like a DLP projection TV. We all have our own backgrounds of family, friends, and memories of the past, whether it is a good memory, or a not to be remembered memory. We have our own talents and our own passion. Those memories, family, friends, talents and passion are the components of our life. Together, they shape, polish, and define who we are; synergize, they adding the colors and features of our life, which we cannot have without them. The better we respond the components, the better they bring good to our life; the more careful we choose our friends, the more good quality we have.
Just like DLP projection TV, we need in our life not only intrinsic factor, but also extrinsic factor. We need sources and references in our life just like a DLP projection TV needs antenna and satellite. That is why we need to learn; not necessarily to go to school –though it is important, too, but to open our mind and our heart to really understand of something. I think it’s true when an old saying says that learning is a lifetime doing, because there is always something to learn, there are always people to be understood. We cannot stop learning until we die. And again, like DLP projection TV, we are useful if we deliver the sources to the viewers. It is good to be smart, it is good to have a good quality of life, it is good to be brainy, but if we stop at that point, we are just like a turned off DLP projection TV. We are a turned on DLP projection TV when we start to apply the quality we have inside for other people, especially to them who need us.
So, every time you think about your life, think about DLP projection TV and see what you can do to your environment.
