Included in the category of Panasonic 32 LCD TV, the Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 is very outstanding. It is the combination of attractive design and complete connectivity features. The Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 has impressive color accuracy. The design of the Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 looks very elegant with glossy black finishing.. The frame completed with 3-inch-wide bezel of the Panasonic 32 LCD. In the 32 inch screen design, it is featured with a side panel AV input that are neatly attached. The Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 is also completed with remote control which is identical with the current plasma Panasonic HDTVs. The menus in the remote control are very responsive and simple to navigate commands.

The Panasonic 32 LCD in this series offer 1366×768 of native resolution or about 720p. However, compared to the other high definition LCD TVs, the resolution of the Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 is still in average quality. Thus, to be available to function as a computer monitor for daily usages, it will be better to rely on the higher end Panasonic 32 LCD TVs with 1080p native resolution. The Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 also sports picture menu with basic control like Backlight. With the menu, the picture adjustment including color management, AI picture, picture modes such as Cinema, Game, Custom, Vivid, and Standard are accomodated. Besides, there is an addition of Advanced Picture Menu.

The Panasonic 32 LCD in the model’s back panels also sports common inputs such as two HDMI and analog jacks although it lack of analog PC input. On the side panel, there are the third HDMI input, an AV input and an SD card slot. The most important advantage of the Panasonic 32 LCD is its performance. The strengths include color accuracy and black level performance. However, in performance, the color decoding and standard-definition processing are not outstanding. The black level is in a good quality for a LCD flat panel TV category which is inexpensive. The Panasonic Viera TC-32LX85 is able to deliver the blacker-than-black video signals. This is an exceptional feature because many expensive displays can not do this. The benefit of the Panasonic 32 LCD’s display is that it can display the improvement of shadow details very precisely. The shadow detail is also supported by the high contrast scene.

The color accuracy of the Panasonic 32 LCD is another outstanding feature. It sports the impressive grayscale tracking in color temperature present and also the primary color of red, green and blue which close to the standard of HDTV. It makes the color appears vibrant and makes the tone looks natural. The Panasonic 32 LCD also has white-field uniformity. It is better compared to the other flat panel or projection which has poor white-field uniformity. Overall, the Panasonic TC-32LCX85 is a mediocre performer with standard definition
